My discount code isn't working, how do I fix that?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your discount code 😣 Let's try and fix this!

Here are a few things to try first:

Double-check the code: Make sure it's entered exactly as it appears. We do recommend copy and paste as something letters/numbers can get mixed up.

Only One Offer: Are codes are only created to be used once per order. Unfortunately, you cannot stack discounts on top of each other. For example, if you have a monthly deal already in your cart, you can't add anything else.

Product Exclusions: Some discount codes may not be valid on certain items or during promotional periods. It's best to check what is currently in your cart and then review any of our terms and conditions.

Expiry Dates: Make sure your code is still active!
