Can I switch an online order over to Click and Collect?Updated 4 months ago
Once an order has been placed online for delivery to your home or business address, we are unable to directly switch this over to a Click and Collect order. If you have changed your mind with online delivery and would prefer to pick up in store, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible to see if they can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Note: If your order is placed before 1pm AEST, there will be a chance your order has already been processed apart of our 'Same Day Dispatch' policy.
2. Once our customer service team have confirmed the order has been canceled and refunded, you can then jump back onto the website and place the order using the Click and Collect options.
Please note: Refunds may still take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
Something else to be aware of is that if your order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to cancel or switch this over. However, we will supply you with your tracking information to keep updated on its arrival.
