In the unfortunate event that your order arrives with missing contents due to theft, we are here to help you get to the bottom of what has happened.

Our aim will be to lodge a request/claim with the courier company to see where the parcel was left. Sometimes these can be left in a location that is easily accessible for parcel theft.
