If your order is returned to us as unclaimed, we will coordinate with the postal service to get it redirected to an address that suits you. Often this happens as the service has not deemed a safe location available at your property, so this is returned back to a local depot.

It will then sit here and wait for collection and if not collected, returned back to our warehouse!
