What do I do if the powder isn't quite right?Updated 8 months ago

On a very rare occasion, there is sometimes issues with the batches of products that are supplied to us. If you do believe that the powder isn’t quite right, please reach out to our warehouse team with full details and pictures to [email protected].

If you do fall into this category, we ask that you please do not discard the tub as we require it to be returned for batch testing. From there, we can then organise a replacement or refund depending on what you would prefer.

In order for your refund/credit to be provided, we do need the original product returned. If you cannot provide us with the original product, we cannot supply a refund/credit.

Once we have all the information, our team will then assess the photos with the relevant team members and make sure to take the appropriate steps.
