We have been made aware that carriers aren't updating tracking information of customer orders every step of the way. This is then resulting in your order looking like its not moving closer to your delivery address.
However, this doesn't mean your parcel hasn't continued on its journey. It does just mean that the parcel has missed a scan at the carriers sorting facilities.
If your parcel is still within the delivery time frame window, please just keep waiting. However, if you are seeing delays, reach out to our team so we can lodge a claim with them to get a better understanding for you!
