My pre-workout has gone hard/clumpy, how do I return this?Updated 4 months ago

However, due to the nature of the ingredients used in both stimulant and non-stimulant pre-workouts and thermogenics, some products may clump over time. These ingredients are hygroscopic, meaning they naturally attract moisture from the environment. The products we sell are supplied by 3rd party suppliers and we aren’t the manufacturer. To maintain the product's freshness and performance, we strongly recommend storing it in a cool, dry place, or even in the fridge, with the lid securely tightened after each use.

Please note the following important points regarding your purchase:

  1. Clumping and Moisture Exposure:
    • Clumping does not affect the quality, effectiveness, or safety of the product. Simply break up the clumps with a spoon or shake the container to restore usability.
    • Frequent opening of the container increases exposure to air and humidity, raising the chances of clumping.
  2. Storage Recommendations:
    • Always keep the product in a cool, dry environment away from heat and humidity.
    • Ensure the lid is tightly sealed after each use to minimize moisture exposure.
  3. Return Policy:
    • Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are either:
      • Unopened and in original condition, or
      • Opened with zero serves consumed (must include proof of no usage).
