My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?Updated 8 months ago
Most late parcels will be estimated to arrive within 5 business days after their expected delivery date. Please check the estimated time frames for you region.
If the delivery is taking much longer than we expect, there are a few things to check before we can begin an investigation with the courier companies.
1. Check your tracking information for the most recent update.
2. Card/Notification - sometimes delivery drivers will leave a card as an attempted delivery or that it has been taken to a local post office. Alternatively, they would've left your package in a safe place.
3. Address details - make sure your address was correct at the time you placed the order.
4. Any known nation wide service delays - on odd occasions, AusPost has domestic shipping delays which you can check out here.
If you do live in WA or NT, these orders will generally take longer than the expected delivery dates due to their locations and delivery options.
After all those steps above, if your order doesn't fit into any of those, please reach out to us and we can begin an investigation on your behalf to check!
